Fetal Echo

 Just a quick update..

This week we had a fetal echocardiogram done for Crew up at The Fetal Center as Primary's. It went well! They are 95% sure that everything is clear, however there are a few things that they won't be able to know until they can do an echo on Crew once he's born. Things look good, though. 

They did comment again about his heart being turned a bit and stretched. They told us this time that it's because of an artery that goes to the liver being stretched because his liver is in the O outside his body.

One other thing that was interesting was to see open space in his abdomen where his organs are supposed to be 😆. Nothing like wanting to give his omphalocele a squeeze to push some things back in to fill up that empty space!

Next up for us is a fetal MRI and meeting the neonatology team in a couple of weeks.
